Shipping policy

We offer free economy shipping on all USA orders of $37.5+. Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days of purchase. During high volume times such as sales and holidays please allow up to 6-10 business days.




























































































































The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to the customer's mistake. Reshipment on packages returned to Bannor-toys due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.   
































































































































We are NOT able to change your order after it is placed or combine shipping on multiple orders -- our staff often ship within a few hours of an order being placed, even for personalized items. Therefore you must contact us IMMEDIATELY at [email protected] if you notice anything that needs changed on your order notification. Make sure to include your order number. We are not able to change or cancel orders once processing starts. Please email within 30 minutes of placing your order if you find the information is not correct. Occasionally we are able to catch multiple orders and combine them to send out fewer packages. We are not able to refund shipping in these cases.
